About Little C & Co.
Growth Mindset + Hormone Health Strategies
Hi, I’m Heather, founder of Little C & Co., growth mindset coach, hormone health advocate, and the woman behind the mission to help others understand their bodies a little better and unlock their true potential.
This business was born from lived experience — from years of developing a growth mindset and pushing through burnout, struggling with hormone imbalances, second-guessing myself, and wondering why I felt so stuck in a body and mind that didn’t feel like mine. I’ve battled cycles of low energy, migraines, infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, emotional overwhelm, and the kind of inner critic that doesn’t shut up easily. I’ve lived in the space between “I know I’m capable of more” and “Why do I feel like I’m failing?”
And through that journey, of healing, learning, and rebuilding , I created the GMS (Growth Mindset Strategies) Method™: a heart-centered, cycle-informed approach to self-leadership, confidence, and sustainable growth. It’s not about perfection. It’s about knowing how to work with rather than against yourself.
At Little C & Co., you’ll find digital resources, coaching tools, and education created with intention, designed to support women who want real, lasting transformation. Women who were taught to “just deal with it,” but are finally ready to ask: what if there’s a better way?
I’m not here to sell you a quick fix. I’m here to offer what I needed most: guidance, grace, and tools that empower us to understand our bodies better, reimagine our beliefs about ourselves, and build a life that feels good; hormonally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Because we’re not just rewriting our own story, we’re changing it for our daughters and granddaughters, too.
Welcome to Little C & Co.
This is just the beginning.
Heather is a Certified Hormone Health Coach and leadership coach with advanced training in business development, team coaching, and personal leadership.
She holds certifications in accelerated leadership and business analysis reporting, and she recently completed her Hormone Health Certification to deepen her understanding of women's cyclical wellness.
Heather also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Integrative Medicine. Her mission is simple but powerful: to help women feel at home in their bodies. She is a life-long learner and excited to share her journey with others.
After years of struggling with mental health, cycle-related burnout, recurrent pregnancy loss and unanswered questions about her own wellness, Heather committed to learning everything she could, not just for herself, but for her 4 daughters, and for every woman who has ever felt “off” but couldn’t explain why.
She believes that understanding our hormonal rhythms isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity. And through her work, Heather empowers women to honor every phase of their cycle, shift their inner narrative, and finally stop fighting their biology to keep up with unrealistic expectations.
Because true healing doesn’t start with willpower, it starts with awareness.
