The First Time I Worked With My Cycle (and What Changed)
There’s a moment I’ll never forget:
I was standing in my kitchen, hands on the counter, exhausted. Not “just tired” from a long day, but completely wiped. I had been eating well, exercising, trying to stay organized, doing “all the right things.” And still, I felt like I was dragging myself through wet cement.
Old me would have pushed harder, talked down to myself, drank more coffee. Shamed myself some more for not keeping up.
But this time, something was different.
I pulled up my cycle tracker and saw it: Day 24.
The luteal phase, prioritize rest.
Oh.
That’s when it clicked: I wasn’t lazy, I was luteal.
That awareness changed everything.
What Happened When I Finally Synced with My Cycle:
When I gave myself permission to work with my body instead of against it, things started shifting:
I planned my content creation during my follicular phase when ideas flow and energy is high.
I reserved my ovulation phase for calls, connection, and creative collaborations.
I used my luteal phase for detail work and slower-paced tasks and extended grace when I needed more rest.
I stopped apologizing for needing to pull back during my menstrual phase.
Instead of riding a rollercoaster of burnout and shame, I started riding the rhythm.
It’s Not Always Perfect, But It’s Powerful
Syncing with your cycle doesn’t mean every day is predictable. Life still throws curveballs. Kids still get sick. Deadlines still pile up. Emotions are still evolving.
But I stopped feeling like I was constantly failing.
And the biggest surprise?
I started trusting myself again.
What I Want You to Know
If you’ve been trying to “fix” your energy, motivation, moods, or mindset, start here. Learn your cycle. Track your patterns. Get curious instead of critical.
Because chances are, you’re not broken. You’re just misaligned.
And alignment is possible.
Let’s Do This Together
That’s why I created Little C & Co. and the GMS Method™.
To help women reconnect with themselves, one phase, one reset, one “aha moment” at a time.
You don’t need a perfect plan. You just need a starting point.
(And maybe someone to say, “You’re not alone.” So let me be that person.)
More tools and guides are coming soon. Until then, keep showing up with grace.
Follow along on Social media, and help me raise awareness for cycle syncing.

Your body is talking, it’s time we start listening.
With you always,

It all begins with an idea.

If you’ve found yourself here, I want you to know, this space was built with you in mind.
Little C & Co. isn’t just a brand. It’s a calling. A mission. A movement that began the moment I stopped pushing through and started paying attention to what my body was trying to tell me.
For years, I lived in a cycle of burnout, self-doubt, and confusion. I had energy some weeks and nothing left in the tank the next. I struggled with infertility, anxiety, physical symptoms no one could explain, and a loud inner critic that made me feel like I was failing, even when I was doing everything “right.”
Then came the realization that changed everything:
I wasn’t broken. I was just disconnected from my rhythm.
Now, I help other women find their way back to theirs.
